What are the check-in and check-out hours?

You can check in starting 3:00pm on the day of arrival. If you will provide the full details online before check-in, we can ensure a quick check-in process. Reception check in is possible until 10:00pm. Arriving later than that? you are required to self check in *24 hours prior* to your arrival in order to ensure a smooth check in and receive info regarding access code and collection of keys.

 

Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

 

How to arrive at the hotel via public transport?

From the Tel Aviv central bus station/Hahagana railway station take any of these local bus lines: 4, 104, 204, 304, or 16 and get off at “The Great Synagogue” station. Continue to the crossing of Allenby St. and Montefiore St. and turn to the right. You’ll see the hostel on your left-hand side.

Should I take a taxi from the airport? How much does it cost?

Costs: Approximately 120 NIS for 1 passenger and 150 NIS for 2 passengers, including 1 piece of luggage per person and local fees (prices may vary on weekends).
More than 1 piece of luggage per person might be charged extra.
If you choose to arrive by taxi, please be sure to use one of the authorized taxi stations at Ben Gurion Airport:
A. On the ground level at gate number 3
B. On the 2nd level at gate number 21

Is there a luggage storage room? Is it free of charge?

Yes, there is a luggage storage room, with no additional costs. It is accessible 24/7.

Can I request a specific bed in a shared room?

You will be given a bed on the day of arrival. If you have specific inquiries please write to us and we will note your preferences.
Approval is subject to availability and will be confirmed at
check-in.

Is there WiFi?

Yes, there is high-speed broadband everywhere in the hotel.

Do you provide towels?

Yes, we provide towels. We will change your towel per request and free of charge every three days. In case you need one more frequently, you can get one at the reception for the cost of 10NIS.

We kindly ask you not to take the towels to the beach

Do you provide toiletries?

Yes, we do. Each shower has complimentary, 100% natural ingredient Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash.

Do you serve food at the hostel?

There is a café on site, offering snacks and light meals, as well as drinks and cocktails. The café is open to the public and welcomes visitors

What is your policy regarding food and drinks in the shared rooms?

Your quality of sleep and rest is important to us, therefore our pod rooms are intended for these purposes only. No food or drinks are allowed inside the shared rooms, other than water.

Are kids allowed to join?

The minimum age for staying at the hotel is 21.

What is the size of the bed in a shared room? Can I sit up easily?

The measurements in cm are:
Width: 93 cm plus an extra 10 cm shelf with charging and lighting control dock
Length: 2 meters
Mattress thickness: 20 cm
Sitting up space: 1.05 meters

How big are the personal lockers?

Do you have on-premises parking?

Parking is available on the surrounding streets or at designated parking lots nearby. The biggest and closest municipal parking lot is called “Beit Hadar.” Review this link regarding parking in Tel Aviv and this link for further regulatory information.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations that are made less than 48 hours before arrival date will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of the rate of the first night.
Reservations booked at non-refundable rates are charged fully when booking, therefore no refund will be given.

Are there any COVID regulations?

  • You do not need a negative corona test to stay at the hotel.
  • Masks are not mandatory in closed places
